2. Image-Use & Fair Use Statement

The Namibia Times operates under strict copyright respect practices. Visual elements (photographs, charts, icons) loaded on our posts are credited and shown for **editorial, informational, and illustrative news purposes only** in accordance with international Fair Use principles.

  • No Ownership Claims: We claim no proprietary ownership, title, or copyrights over the third-party photographs, wiki captures, or press kit images loaded on our posts.
